At Arizona Great Danes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging when possible

  • Be free from damage caused by the customer

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

Personalized & Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on items that have been customized with names, dates, text, or other personalized information.

Please carefully review all customization details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, a new order may need to be placed.

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Because many products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible after purchase.

Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will gladly assist customers in locating missing shipments whenever possible.
